Hello All!

During this time of social distancing and remote working, organizational health is more important than ever. Each Tuesday I’ll send a modified team building activity that you can do with your coworkers and teammates via video conference.

Oranges to Oranges…or something like that

There is a game that you may own that involves cards with words and snarky interpretations of those words.

Here is a new variation on that game that can be played over video conferencing:
  • One player will submit an adjective (writing it down can be helpful to people) while all of the other team members go search their house for an item that best fulfills that adjective. For example: if the word is “ancient” and a player brings their high school yearbook.
  • Give them a time limit for the sake of expediency.
  • The person whose object is chosen (by the person who submitted the adjective) gets the point.
  • The first person to 6 points wins.
Here are some words to get started:
  1. Charismatic
  2. Obnoxious
  3. Classic
  4. Disturbing
  5. Misunderstood
  6. Spunky
  7. Mysterious
  8. Scenic
  9. Delightful
  10. Spooky
  11. Have fun!

I look forward to the day when the challenge course can be available to help your teams reunite. Until then stay safe, stay healthy, stay connected!

Thank you,
