Single Mom Families Weekend

July 1-3, 2022

Family Days at Tilikum are a great opportunity for parents and their children to take a break from regular schedules and experience life side by side. Activities include meals together, speaker and worship sessions, waterfront activities (canoeing and swimming), nature hikes, Challenge Course activities, and crafts. Children attending these camps should at least be entering 1st grade.

Single Mom Families Weekend dates

          Dates: July 1-3, 2022
Arrival: Check-in begins at 4:30PM Friday
Departure: 11:00AM Sunday

beth-banhamSpeaker – Beth Banham

Beth Banham is a lover of potato chips, twinkies, hearing life stories, and Jesus, but her passion is to see the body of Christ know each other and love each other. Beth was born in Ethiopia to missionary parents, but quickly learned to love flush toilets and bathtubs upon returning to The States. Beth and her husband Dan helped to plant City’s Edge Community Church in 1996, and have been pastoring it now for about 25 years. They have been married nearly 30 years and have one son in his mid 20s. Beth is a certified speaker and coach, and member of the John Maxwell Team. She provides training to churches to encourage authentic community in their congregations. She also provides coaching to individuals to help them “brave the wilds” of their life, career and relationships. She hopes to help you and your church “Brave what you’re designed for.” For more about Beth and her speaking and coaching opportunities, visit

Worship Leader – Eva Flores Estrada

Eva grew up in the Aurora, Oregon area and has been involved with the worship ministry in her home church since she was nine, and considers it a joy to be able to use music to praise the Lord.

She currently works as a bookkeeper for The Canby Center non-profit in Canby, Oregon, and is on the board of directors for the West Coast Menonite Central Committee (WCMCC). She also enjoys working with youth and young adults, but overall simply loves serving God and others in any ways she can.
