Challenge Course facilitators
Challenge Course facilitators have extensive experience working with non-profit groups and many have a background in ministry, non-profit management or coaching. Facilitators are carefully trained for leadership and safety on the challenge course to provide your group the highest quality adventure program experience. Facilitators monitor the safety of the group and create opportunities for dialogue. All Tilikum facilitators hold current certification recognized by the Association for Challenge Course Technology.
