Food Service at Camp Tilikum
We know that good food service is important to our guest’s comfort away from home. You will enjoy outstanding entrees and accompanying side dishes, freshly baked breads and delicious desserts that are pleasing to the eye and tasty to the palate. Meals are served family-style with some buffet options (for larger groups).
The intimate size of Tilikum’s dining room helps our food service team prepare meals with a quality that is difficult to attain at larger camps and conference centers.
Traditional menu items include:
- Biscuits and Gravy
- French Toast with berry compote
- 10-grain hot cereal or Scottish Oatmeal
- Pork Tenderloin with Apple Compote
- Chef Salad with variety of soups
- Chicken Artichoke Lasagna
- White Fish with Mango Sauce
- Marinated Flank Steak
- Potato Bar w/chili
- The Malaysian Buffet
- Baked goods like scones, cookies, muffins and brownies
- Apple Turnover
- Berry Cobbler
We can accommodate options for those with medical dietary needs, when given prior notification. Please click the following link for the Medical Diet Form 2017. This form should be completed by the individual themselves and needs to be returned to us two-weeks prior to your retreat.
