All fees and donations go to the scholarship fund.
Race Fees: If you pre-register by Friday, June 26, 2015, you will receive a T-shirt & goody bag. Adults $35 and Youth $15. Youth are age 17 & under, age 5 and under FREE with 1 paid adult and must be registered. The fee after 6/27/2015 goes up $10 per person.
Race Awards: Race awards will be given to the first place finishers in each category: (Race, Fun Run, Walk), gender (Male, Female) and age (Adult, Youth) categories.
Family Fun: Stay after the race to enjoy Tilikum with your family to boat, swim and picnic! The event concludes at 1pm, so there is time to enjoy other 4th of July festivities. We’ll have available to purchase Hot Dogs and Hamburgers ($5-7/person) with a choice of two-different kinds of salad, a bag of chips and beverage. Checks, Cash or Visa/Mastercard are accepted for meal purchases.
Race Course: Bib # & Check-in opens at 9:00 am with the competitive races beginning at 10am. There are 3 levels of competition (please sign up for only one per person): a 5k Competitive Race, a 5K Fun Run and a 1 Mile Walk. Run along the one mile path encircling the lake at Tilikum. The path includes gravel and grass trails/roads and a pedestrian bridge. Jogging strollers are welcome. Tilikum is a non-pet facility; please leave your pets at home.
Release of Liability Form: This form must be filled out and completed by each participant. There are two ways to complete it: 1) Print, complete and either scan/email back to us at office[at]camptilikum[.]org (email is modified to protect us from spamming), mail or fax (503) 538-7536 or 2) click on this link:2015 Tilikum Trail Run Release of Liability Waiver to access the online form, fill-it in, save to your computer and then send us that saved document via email by June 26, 2015.
Day of Notes: Please plan to arrive between 9-9:30 am to get checked in and warmed up. Parking is limited so carpooling is appreciated. We’ll have a personal item storage location for you to put your keys and other items while you’re out running or walking. Child care is available, please let us know what your needs might be by Fri. June 26 and we’ll make the proper accommodations. We’ll have some Gift Store items available for purchase as well as the after-race BBQ. We can take credit card, checks and cash.
