CAMP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
This is a full-time year round management level position beginning as soon as it is filled.
The Camp Program Administrator will plan, promote, manage, and expand Tilikum’s summer camp ministry. The season from September to April is primarily an administrative responsibility of camper and church promotion, registration, and hiring staff. May to August is more hands on leading college-age staff summer as they implement the summer camp season.
An ideal candidate would have the following minimum qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least one full summer of experience in a Christian Camp leadership position. Five years administrative experience is preferred, where you demonstrated outstanding project, time, and people management skills. Experience mentoring college-age students is desired. Good interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary. Computer proficiency and other technology experience is preferred. An Evangelical Christian commitment is essential.
Compensation will vary depending on experience. Fringe benefits include: vacation, sick leave, health savings account, life insurance, disability insurance and retirement plan with 9% of salary.
